He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert and Ruth Kling (Sites); and his sisters, Margaret Beam, Lillian Kling and Mildred Shannon.

He is survived by: his wife Darlene; and his brother Ronald L. Kling. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Oakville United Methodist Church at 519 Oakville Road, Shippensburg, PA 17257.
