He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Sites and Thelma Sites (Meyers); his son Gary Sites; and his sister Vonnie Cramer. He is survived by: his sons, Chris Sites (Lisa) and Mike Sites (Dana); his close friend Betty Niemeyer; his grandchildren, Kylie Sites, Tracy Dile, Joshua Sweat and Alyssa Belanger; and his sisters, Rae Craig and Joan Skinner. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, ten nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to a desired charity in Chub's name.
