He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry W. Franklin and Emma E. Franklin (Goolsby). He is survived by: his wife Kimberly C. Franklin (Smith) of Shippensburg; his daughters, Tracey L. Ehrhart (Quintin) of Orrstown and Becky E. Forbus (Bill) of Greencastle; and his brothers, Larry and Ronald Franklin of Shippensburg. He is also survived by three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
