She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Emerson and Dorothy Marie Nolan Mowery. She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Ray Russell; her children, Michael P. Russell (Beth) and Stefanie A. Russell; her grandchildren, Carter E. Russell of Chambersburg, Reece J. Russell of Chambersburg, Mya E. Russell of Chambersburg and Casen M. Russell of Chambersburg; and her brother Galen Mowery of Zullinger, PA..
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, funeral services and burial will be private.
