She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin O. Stevens and Lula E. Stevens (Byers); her husband Melvin C. Rotz; and her brother Roy M. Stevens. She is survived by: her sister Darlene Stevens (Richard Stevens) of Newburg; her nephews, Troy (Sherry Porter) and Chad (Germaine Stevens); and her niece Jodi (Randy Varner).
