He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. and Mary R. Keer (Smith); and his siblings, Edward J. Keer and Ellen Russo. He is survived by: his wife Arlene R. Keer (Burton); his daughters, Cynthia A. Hockenberry (Kevin Wolford) of Shippensburg, Patricia L. (Marc Weibley) of Waynesboro and Carolyn R. Keer (David Waxman) of Medford Lakes, NJ; his grandsons, Taran Hockenberry, Connor Weibley and Logan Weibley; his great grandchildren, Bentlee Hockenberry and Brooks Hockenberry; and his sister Elsie J. Quintero of Vero Beach, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
