He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry David and Edith Eloise Whorley Leedy; and his siblings, Stoey Leedy and Kelly Izer. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Jean McNew Leedy; his children, Tammy Jo Patterson (Jason) and Tony Alan Leedy; his grandchildren, Colby, Britton, Courtney, Riley, Michael and Zoey; his great grandchildren, Chase, Arianna, Haven, Layken, Remi and Hadley Jo; and his siblings, Kim Hissong (Greg) and Harry Leedy (Judy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
