He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford H. Smith and Helen L. Dalaba Smith. He is survived by: his wife Donna D. Lamb; and his siblings, Nancy Papalia (Michael) of Jamestown, Clifford A. Smith of Cuba, David Smith (Peggy) of Belmont and Timmy Smith of Cuba. He is also survived by niece; a nephew; two grandnieces; and two grandnephews.
