He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mary Baker, Harold, Raymond, Paul and Bob.
He is survived by: his parents, William Costello and Catherine Moran Costello; his spouse Marilyn M. Smith; his sons, Donald F. "Don" Costello of Shinglehouse, Dennis D. Costello (Evelyn) of Chapel Hill, N. C. and James P. Costello (Amber) of Shinglehouse; and his grandchildren, Derek Costello (Ashlee), Dawn Firster (Gary), Kirk Costello, Kamrie Costello and Kent Costello.
