She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Hess and Angelina Hess (Lecatsas). She is survived by: her husband Eugene E. Deren; her daughters, Gina M. Shepherd (Allen W. Shepherd) of Sinking Spring, Diana C. Wagner (Jeremy H. Wagner) of Muhlenberg Township and Christina E. Andrews (Eric L. Andrews) of Robesonia; her grandchildren, Joseph Shepherd, Zachery Kreiser and Tianna Andrews; her great grandchildren, Isabella and Alayana Chapa; and her brothers, Russell Hess (Jolyn Hess) of Leesport and Ricky Hess (Sharon Hess) of West Lawn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
