She was predeceased by: her parents, Merlin Werner and Leonore Werner. She is survived by: her husband Charlie; her children, Rebecca, Matthew and Daniel; her siblings, Jill and Mark; and her grandchildren, Cole, Chloe and Isabelle Chafin.
Susie finished her career at the Caron Foundation as a Detox nurse, compassionately caring for patients in their first days of sobriety.
