She was predeceased by: her parents, Catherine Shenk (Reber) and John A. Shenk; and her husband John William Jacobs. She is survived by: her children, Krista A. (Jerry Greenwalt) of Laureldale, James M. Jacobs (Shery) of Shoemakersville, Randall A. Jacobs (Robin) of Newmanstown, Robert W. Jacobs of Laureldale and David L. Jacobs (Brenda) of Leesport. She is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
