He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles D. Fisher and Mollie M. Fisher (Givler); and his sister Irene C. Balmer (Fisher). He is survived by: his nephews, David C. Balmer and Donald K. Balmer; and his niece Deborah E. Balmer.
