Palm, III of Exeter Township, Gina M. Palm of Exeter Township, Stacy L. Carey of Elkton, MD and Amy C. Colon of Exeter Township; and his sister Joette D. Bisbano (Carmelo J. Bisbano) of Exeter Township. He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren; 2 great granddaughters.
