He was predeceased by: his wife Lottie "Laura" R. Kozak (Sabanos); and his parents, Karl Kozak and Catherine Kozak (Majdig). He is survived by: his children, Deborah A. Marasco (William L. Marasco) of Northampton and John K. Kozak (Renee D. Kozak) of Spring Township. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
