He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Orrs and Susan C. (Lutz); his wife Kathryn (Yohe); his children, James W. Orrs and Rosemary Scagnelli; and his siblings, David, Susan, Lillian, Irma and Charles.
He is survived by: his sister Josephine Zawislak. He is also survived by his many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in James's honor to the Humane Society of Reading, or American Diabetes Association.
