It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Homer Achilles Carley of Shillington, Pennsylvania, born in Laureldale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 6, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Jane Carley (Marbarger); his parents, John A. Carley, and Charlotte I. Carley, Sr. (Levan); and his siblings, Dorothea Hughes, John A. Carley, Jr., Audrey I. Faller and Joyce E. Herbein.
He is survived by: his children, Kathleen A. (J. Michael Gyomber) of Wyomissing and Dennis H. (Pamela); his grandsons, Steven M. (Laura), Matthew S. (Nicole) and Eric J. (Meghan); and his great grandchildren, Caden Carley, Kaylee Carley, Aubrey Carley, Braeden Carley and Nicolas Gyomber.
