He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Dziamba and Dorothy Dziamba (Swetek); and his brother David W. Dziamba. He is survived by: his sisters, Wendy A. Drexel of Fleetwood, Theresa L. Skobel (late Stephen F. Skobel) of Exeter Township, Lorraine M. Brown of Cumru Township, Karen A. Matlack of West Lawn and Julie A. Trujillo (Richard Trujillo) of New Mexico.
