She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne Charles Gohacki; her parents, Dr. Philip Borkow and Dr. Harriet Borkow (Zucker); and her brother Dr. Joel E. Borkow of Johnstown. She is survived by: her sons, Geoffrey P. Gohacki (Vanessa), Anton of Puerto Rico, Michael C. Gohacki (Melissa Orr) of West Chester and Brian W. Gohacki of Reading; her grandchildren, Miro and Emmett Gohacki; and her sister-in-law Mary Borkow of Johnstown, PA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or ASPCA.
