He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bailey (Charlie) and Willie Bailey (Belle May); his wife Yvonne Bailey (Delp); and his sisters, Alma Tonsil, Emma Hill and Wilma Evans.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Craig Bailey of Sinking Spring, Christine Bailey of Cumru Twp, Mark Bailey (Ginger) of Muhlenberg and Todd Bailey (Angela) of Sinking Spring; his grandchildren, Todd Bailey, Marcus Jones, Jaden Bailey, Mariah Bailey, Keagen Bailey and Danny Murray; and his brother Arthur Bailey (Lois) of Reading. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
