She was predeceased by: her parents, Catherine Clark Kern (Boyd) and Stephen H. Kern; and her siblings, Ruth Oulds (Kern), Eugene Kern, Geraldine Hoyer (Kern), Robert Kern and Joyce Wagner (Kern).
She is survived by: her husband Donald Seltzer; her daughters, Kimberly (John Cave) of Robesonia and Whitney Seltzer of Sinking Spring; her granddaughters, Jessica (Greg Eckman) and Nicole (Benjamin Eveler); and her great grandchildren, Marley, Ryder Eckman and Easton Eveler.
