He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Marie (Moyer) and Joseph George Ostroski. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth A. Ostroski (Hinnershitz) of Shillington; and his daughters, Lori Rothharpt of Delaware and Sharon (Michael Hague) of Shillington. He is also survived by 4 granddaughters, 2 grandsons and 1 great granddaughter.
