He was predeceased by: his parent William Lester Baer; and his siblings, Glen Baer and Evelyn Davenport. He is survived by: his parent Gertrude Hass Baer; his wife Barbara J. Sims; his children, Allan Baer of Shickshinny, Linda Jones of Shickshinny, Peggy Jones (Evan) of Shickshinny and Gloria Hartman (Edward) of Shickshinny; and his brothers, Marvin Baer and Willard Baer. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
