It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Thompson Beam (Shickshinny, Pennsylvania), who passed away on August 2, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Orie Thompson and Alice Thompson (Cochran); and her husband Melvin W. "Mel" Beam. She is survived by: her children, Daniel Beam of Ulysses, Pennsylvania, Lori Beam (Michael Overwise) of Sweet Valley, Pennsylvania and Crystle Beam (David London) of Sweet Valley; her stepchildren, Melvin Beam, Jr. of Vermont, Deborah Huff of New Jersey and Sheryl Ann Beam of Florida; and her grandchildren, AnnaLynn and Chase Overwise of Sweet Valley.
