She was predeceased by: her father Levi Whitesell; and her son Philip Gray Jr. (Sandra). She is survived by: her mother Bertha Whitesell (Leonard); her daughters, Tammy Wisniewski of Mocanaqua and Wanda Gray (Charles Pszeniczny) of Towanda; her daughter-in-law Tiffany Gray of Shickshinny; and her brothers, Edward Whitesell of Mocanaqua and Ray Spencer of North Carolina. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
