We are sad to announce that on April 5, 2022, Roy L. Smith of Shickshinny, Pennsylvania, born in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Smith and Keziah Long Parkinson; and his siblings, Butch, Wayne, Janice, Marlene, Shelly and Edna.
He is survived by: his wife Josephine Dopko; his children, Roy Smith II (Ruth), Kevin Smith (Denise), Jesse Smith (Doreen) and Susan James (Matt); and his grandchildren, Josie Lynn, Summer, Parker, Spencer, David, Desi, Brianna, Jonathan, LeeAnn and Thomas. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Born in Nanticoke, he was the son of the late Clarence Smith and Keziah Long Parkinson.
