He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior E. Miller and Inez Miller (Stout); and his son Richard E. Miller. He is survived by: his wife Alice J. Miller (Wandell); and his children, Robert E. Miller of Shickshinny and Connie J. Kittle (Keith) of Shickshinny.
