He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Hook and Margaret Hook (Hicks); and his sister Mary Ann Wolfe. He is survived by: his pets, Annie, Babe and Precious; and his siblings, George Hook, Elsie Reider of Nanticoke and Lois Hook of Nanticoke.
