He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hettinger and Carolyn Hettinger; and his sister Dottie Kester. He is survived by: his children, Cody Johnson and Heaven Leigh; his siblings, Terry Oakum, Robert Need and Paula Shuler (Rick); his nephew Jacob Switzer; and his niece Rachael Switzer. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
