She is survived by: her friend Eileen; her husband Pete Scherer; her sister Mabel Kashetta of Shickshinny; her children, Debra Garren (Ray) of Shickshinny, Donna Scherer of North Stonington, CT and Ronald Scherer Jr. (Yvonne) of Shickshinny; her grandchildren, Rachel Reitz (Scott) of Stillwater, Kyle Scherer (Corinne) of Shickshinny, Brad Garren of Shickshinny, Josh Scherer (Sydney) of Benton, Yossarian and Mitchell Ashton of North Stonington, CT; and her great grandchildren, Wyatt, Waylon Reitz, Caden and Chloe Scherer.
