She is survived by: her siblings, John Guszak, Stanley Guszak, Henry Guszak, Pauline Litchfield, Stella Hill, Edmund Dzoh, Leonard Dzoch, Theodore Dzoch and Steven Dzoch; her children, Mike Butchko (Cindy), Jerome Butchko (Julie), John Butchko (Dinah), Lorraine Butchko, Diane Butchko and Kathy Taylor (Michael) of Clancy, MT; her grandchildren, Kristin Butchko-Field (Tim) of Langhorne, PA, Katie Bischoff (Matt) of Columbia, MD, Karen Fields of Columbia, MD, Shawna Sutliff (Ryan), Samantha Shumberger (Kevin) of Dillsburg, PA, Mikayla Hostetter (Alex), Jessica Vadala (Dominic) of Huntington Beach, CA, Stephanie Butchko of Los Angeles, CA and Jack Butchko of Atlanta, GA; her great grandchildren, Addie, Emma, Owen, Lynley, Chase, Cole, Ben, Harry and Maxine; and her sister Carolyn Pfeiffer.
