He was predeceased by: his wife Lorraine; and his sister Margaret Lutz. He is survived by: his parents, Samuel Belles and Leah Blackburn Belles; and his siblings, Edward, Sharon Klemunes (Ray) and Betty Orosz (Greg). He is also survived by nephews, nieces and extended family as well as a legion of friends.

Memorial donations may be made in Jim's memory to the Reyburn Bible Church, 77 Reyburn Road, Shickshinny, PA 18655.
