She was predeceased by: her former husband Michael Kokora; and her brothers, Harry and John McClure (Jackie). She is survived by: her husband Donald Hargraves Jr.; her daughter Debra Tandora Sirak; and her grandchildren, Garrett, Wyatt and Madison Sirak.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations in Patricia's memory be made to the Bible Baptist Church, 43 Furnace St., Shickshinny PA 18655.
