With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Devon Robert Harter of Shickshinny, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 7, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred Harter and Mary Jane Jarrard (Nagle); his stepfather Sherlyn Jarrard; his wife Lillian Robinson; his stepson Bill Stewart of Shickshinny; and his sister Audrey Hoze of South Carolina. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in Devon's name be made to the Animal Resource Center, 80 Hogs Back Road, Millville, PA, 17846, or to the Pennsylvania SPCA Danville Center, 1467 Bloom Road, Danville, PA 17821.
