He is survived by: his wife Carol (Bednarek); his children, David Reider (Lisa) of Mechanicsburg and Sue Ferrey (Sean Rayno) of Shickshinny; his grandchildren, Shona Ferrey, D. J. Reider (Kelly Grier) and Katie (Joseph Redmond); his great grandchildren, Bubba and Missy; and his brother Timothy Reider of Huntington Mills.
