It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Keith Dawson of Shickshinny, Pennsylvania, born in Berwick, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 17, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Dawson and Ardena Dawson; his wife Barbara Dzoch; his siblings, Richard, Art, Doyle, Tom, Glenwood Dawson and Ila Mae Dawson; and his parents-in-law, Theodore and Virginia Dzoch.
He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda Rowe (Chad Rowe Jr) of Nanticoke and Angel Dawson of Shickshinny; his siblings, Bob Dawson (Diane) of Wapwallopen, Ray Dawson of Wapwallopen, Bill Dawson of Hobbie and Carol Dawson of Hobbie; his grandchildren, Olivia, Owen and Charleigh Rowe; and his siblings-in-law, Dixie Dawson of Wapwallopen, Rhonda Tronsue (Wayne) of Sweet Valley, Debbie Wilczynski (Stephen) of Shickshinny, Janet Dawson of Limerick and Theodore Dzoch of Larksville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many other extended family.
The family will provide the flowers; donations in David's name can be made to the Mayo Funeral Home, 77 North Main Street, Shickshinny, PA 18655, to help defray funeral costs.
