She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl J. White and Arrilla White (Anderson); and her siblings, Wells White, Leroy White and Zazel Habecker.
She is survived by: her husband Andrew Slembarski; her children, Christopher (Patty) of Ellerslie, GA, Valerie Johnson (Rick) of Sussex, WI and Andrea Hamblen (David) of Gainsville, FL; her grandchildren, Andrew, Anna Slembarski, Rosalie, Juliette Mattair and Mollie Kile (Zak); her great grandchildren, Stella and Ray Kile; her friends, Maggie, Sondie, Helene and Bonny; and her niece Joan. She is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
