We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Betty Jean Yaple (Shickshinny, Pennsylvania), born in Weatherly, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Musselman and Carrie Musselman (Gerhardt); and her siblings, Viola Musselman, Elma Reynolds and Lloyd Musselman.

She is survived by: her husband Harold L. Yaple; her sons, Gary Yaple (Cindy) of New Columbus, Randy Yaple (Diane) of Lipan, Texas and Doug Yaple (Brenda) of New Columbus; her stepdaughter Lori Yaple Diltz (Randy) of New Columbus; and her grandchildren, Aaron Yaple (Amy Shea), Mike Yaple (Erin), Jenna Swartz (Jarrett), Ashley Hixon (Derek), Ryan Yaple (Rhea), Kirsten Murphy (Ryan), Molly Bybee (Tom), Mandy Yaple, Danni and Alan Diltz. She is also survived by her family and thoroughly enjoyed ten grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the Town Hill United Methodist Church, 417 Town Hill Road, Shickshinny, PA 18655.
