She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Noss and Geraldine Noss (Potoeski); her husband Robert B. Welch; her sons, Robert Welch Jr. and David Welch; and her siblings, Arthur, Harry, Betty and Barbara.
She is survived by: her sons, Larry Welch (JoAnn) and Mark Welch (Carol); her grandchildren, Ryan Welch (Tiffany), Jillian (John Knowles), Bradley Welch, Pond Hill and Mark Welch Jr. (Janice); and her brothers, Russell Noss, Sweet Valley, Richard Noss and Roger Noss Sr.. She is also survived by her ten great grandchildren.
