He is survived by: his mother Betty Spencer (Dyarman) of Loysville; his wife Tammy Spencer (Coulson); and his siblings, Alan Spencer of Shermans Dale, Normajean Radabaugh (Kenny) of Shippensburg, Tammy Hess of Shermans Dale and Rhonda Tart of Elliottsburg.
