He was predeceased by: his parents, Niles Weary and Lois Weary (Conrad); his siblings, Foster, Ralph, Wayne, Marie, Nora and Ethel; and his stepdaughter Tammy Gordon of Shermans Dale.
He is survived by: his wife Doris L. Weary; his daughters, Stephenie Flewelling (Gene) of New Holland and Wanda Jumper (Bill) of Walnut Bottom; his stepson Timothy Gelbaugh (Daphne) of Carlisle; and his sister Shirley Ahlers of Carlisle. He is also survived by six grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
