He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester R. Warner Sr. and Miriam M Warner (Frownfelter). He is survived by: his wife Arlene G. Warner (Comp); his son Dale E. Warner (Carlene L.); his siblings, Audrey Smith (Warner) and Clark W. Warner (Valerie); and his nephews, Ryan Warner and Bret Warner.
