He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Foster and Mabel Foster (Fletcher); and his brothers, Jack and Johnny. He is survived by: his son Steven Foster (Jenny Foster); his granddaughters, Sierra and Nevaeh; his children, Michael Foster and Kristina; his grandsons, Calvin Jr., Mathew and Jacob; and his daughter Tammy Foster.
