It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherine B. Rickard of Shermans Dale, Pennsylvania, born in Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on December 30, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Westley Lanham and Golda Mae Lanham (Duff); and her husband Robert P. Rickard. She is survived by: her children, Robert C. Rickard (Jean) of Dillsburg, Margaret "Beth" E. Anderson (Elwood) of Shermans Dale, Robin R. Whitcomb (Scott) of Mechanicsburg, Rourk M. Rickard of Shermans Dale and Heather R. Ilgenfritz (Scott) of Hummelstown; and her brother Larry Lanham (Cheri) of Russell, KY. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to ASPCA or to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or to Homeland Hospice in Harrisburg.
