He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Rohrer and Irene Rohrer (Snell); his son George Rohrer, Jr.; his grandson Andy Black; and his siblings, Grace Armold, Mary Tritt, Beverly Murtoff, John Rohrer, Earl Rohrer, Bob Rohrer, Dorothy Snyder and Lloyd Edward Rohrer.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Rohrer (Yohe); his children, Joe Rohrer (Tammy) of Elliottsburg, Doug Rohrer (Cindy) of Landisburg and Starr Akens (George) of Mechanicsburg; his grandchildren, Rachel Davis (Rob) of Gardners, Fred Black, Jr. (Denae) of Mechanicsburg, Rebecca of Elliottsburg and Macenzie Rohrer of Elliottsburg; his great grandchildren, Lilith and Rose of Nevada; and his sister Violet Miller of Carlisle.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in George's name to the Shermans Dale United Methodist Church.
