He was predeceased by: his parents, George "Bud" Kapp and Florence "Flo" Goddard Kapp; his son Douglas Eugene; his father-in-law Elmer Levi Shatto; his brother Darwin; and his sister-in-law Marian Shatto.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie "Margie" (Shatto); his children, Michelle Bogard (Douglas) of Shermans Dale, Amy Robinson (Scott) of New Bloomfield and Scott Kapp of Shermans Dale; his grandchildren, Emilee Robinson Morrison (Keeghan) of Philadelphia, Samantha, Abigail Bogard of Sarasota, FL and Aidan Robinson of New Bloomfield; his great grandchild Renlee Morrison of Philadelphia; and his mother-in-law Mary Louise Shatto of Shermans Dale.
