He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund G. Lodge and Elizabeth Hunt Lodge. He is survived by: his spouse Sandy Lodge (Saydek); his children, Amanda Caviston (Joseph) of Camp Hill, PA and Tommy Lodge (Cindy Dunn) of Boynton Beach, FL.; and his grandson Joey Caviston.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Ducks Unlimited.
