He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mark and Evelyn Mae Stoops (Rebar); and his brothers, Gary and Joe. He is survived by: his siblings, Sharon Wolf (Darrell) of Squires Missouri and Robert Stoops of Shermans Dale; and his nephews, Cody Wolf of Missouri, Jesse and Adam Stoops of Kentucky.
