She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Veatch and Josephine Veatch (Koury); her stepfather John A. Minito; her husband Harry Barnes, Jr.; her son Harry Barnes, III; her grandson Gary Lee Dixon, Jr.; her sister Veronica McCollum; and her son-in-law Gary Lee Dixon, Sr..
She is survived by: her brother John C. Minito of New Cumberland; her daughter Deborah Dixon of Shermans Dale; her grandchildren, Chara Dixon of Harrisburg, David Dixon of Carlisle, Harry Barnes, IV of Newport and Shanel Rodich of South Carolina; and her great grandchildren, Kylie Dixon of Carlisle and Gauge Rodich of South Carolina.
