He was predeceased by: his parents, George Moseley and Virgie Moseley (Turner); and his siblings, DeWayne, Allen Moseley, Georgia Dobson and Edna Mickle of Oklahoma.
He is survived by: his wife Holly Moseley (Resinger); and his children, Misty Moseley, Rebecca Cerio of Rockville, MD, Molly Moyer (Christopher) and NJ. He is also survived by sister, Billie Rice, OK; six granddaughters; one grandson; two great-grandsons; and several nieces and nephews.
